FARB Model Documents are available for FREE to members.

To purchase:
1.  Click on the document below that you wish to purchase.

2.  You must have a profile to purchase Model Documents.  If you don't have one,
     click "Create Account" in the upper right or in the sign-on box.  There is no
     fee to create a profile with FARB.  If you want to get the member price, you 
     must become a member of FARB.  See the "Membership" tab for more detail.

3.  Once you purchase the document, you MUST log out and back in to see the document.

4.  Documents are available when logged in under "Programs:Model Documents"
     or in the list on the left sidebar.

The FARB Model Consent Agreement (MCA) is a guide for adoption or adaptation by individual regulatory boards, departments or agencies. The MCA will assist regulatory boards in the creation of disciplinary orders that are thorough and consistent and that take advantage of the lessons learned through relevant jurisprudence and experience.
